Sinew purchases vehicles for NIH

Sinew Management Group purchases vehicles for the NIH

Sinew Management Group is in the process of purchasing a new ambulance for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland. The ambulance is expected to cost around $600,000, but that will depend on the precise specifications requested. Sinew is also in final negotiations with NIH for the purchase of a ladder fire truck.

Sinew provides vehicle-leasing and fuel and petroleum support services to NIH on an on-going basis through a five-year IDIQ contract. They established their relationship with NIH through sister company MEC Development, which had previously served NIH on a similar five-year IDIQ contract. After MEC Development graduated from the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program, NIH welcomed the opportunity to work with another MEL 8(a) business.

Congratulations to the Sinew and the MEC Development teams for their excellent work for NIH!
